LDA Minnesota (Learning Disabilities Association of Minnesota) provides services for adults and children who have “learning differences” and ADHD along with providing support for the families and community education. At this time the offices are closed and services have been moved online due to COVID-19. You may call or email them for more information or to register for their programs.
LDA Minnesota offers adults who have ADHD two support group options. There is a group that meets every Thursday morning from 10:00 am to noon and another group that meets the second Thursday of each month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Please note: due to COVID-19 and in order to follow all the current guidelines, the meetings are now held online. The groups are free and are facilitated by trained volunteers. If you would like to join a support group meeting please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an invitation to the online meeting.
