DESCRIPTION:LDA Minnesota (Learning Disabilities Association of Minnesota) provides services for adults and children who have “learning differences” and ADHD along with providing support for the families and community education.  At this time the offices are open and their programs and services are available online and in-person\, however\, the offices are open only by appointment. You may call or email them for more information or to register for their programs. \n\nLDA Minnesota offers adults who have ADHD two support group options.  There is a group that meets every Thursday morning from 10:00 am to noon in person and online via Zoom.  The evening group meets on the first and third Thursday of each month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm online via Zoom.  Please note: The groups are free and are facilitated by trained volunteers.  If you are new and have questions or would like to join a support group meeting please call 952-582-6000 or email info@ldaminnesota.org to receive an invitation to the online meeting.  There is no registration required to attend the meetings. \nPlease Note: LDA Minnesota has moved to a new location: 5101 Olson Memorial Highway\, Suite 6000\, Golden Valley\, MN 55422. DESCRIPTION:Updated 03/18/2026 – Please Note: The Family Support Group meetings have changed the meeting format from Zoom to a new program called Hey Peers. This new program is designed for support group meetings to give participants better security and other upgrades. Support group meetings will continue to be via Hey Peers on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 7 pm to 8:30 pm and you must register online.  Please go to their website Home page for further details on the change in the format. The NAMI MN website also has more information on the new format.
