Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health, also known as MACMH, was founded in 1989. The organization is a nonprofit which works “to promote positive mental health for all infants, children, adolescents, and their families”. They provide a wide variety of services and you can read more about their goals and services on their website.
This NEW MACMH event will feature experts from nationally recognized medical and mental health centers. The webinar link will give you a full overview of the two-day schedule as well as further information on the professional backgrounds of all the speakers. You must register online where you will receive directions on how to access the webinar on the day of the event. The website can also give you a description of the information that will be presented. This summit is for professionals: psychologists, counselors, clinicians, therapists, clinical social workers, psychiatrists, mental health nurse practitioners, healthcare administrators, researchers, and policymakers. There is a student discount. Each day will begin at 9:30 am and run until 2:45 pm with a one-hour lunch break. There are 8 CEHs available and there is information on how to apply for the credits.
