Resource Training and Solutions is one of the service cooperatives legislated in the state. We provide education for parents on a variety of issues. Our classes are open to the community, including those who are court directed to take parenting classes. Although our focus is parents of school aged children, we have parents of children of all ages take advantage of our classes. Parents have come from many parts of Minnesota to participate in the parenting classes. Our agency also offers for our member sites, who are school district and cities, counties and other governmental agencies, cooperative purchasing, health and safety, educational leadership and other professional training as well as wellness programming and health insurance.

We serve the counties of Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Wright, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine and Chisago. We also have a few member sites outside of this area for a few of our services.
$15/person and $25/two people for our 2-3 hour classes. We also offer more comprehensive classes which include “Parenting the Love and Logic Way” and “123 Magic” for $60/person or $85/two. Scholarships are offered for classes.
Workshops are open to all parents and professionals who interact with children. This may include foster parents, child care providers, coaches and educators. Child Care is not provided for workshops.
We do offer specific workshops on ADHD. We also offer related workshops that include anxiety, depression, learning disorders or others which often co-exist with children who have ADHD. People can request to be put on our mailing list to keep current with our changing parent education schedule from year to year. People may also visit our website at for the same parent education information and to register for classes.
