Reading Time: 4 Minutes

In last month’s newsletter, I encouraged you to do some ADHD reading as you recharge your batteries over the summer. This month, I want to encourage you to set aside some time to become familiar with apps that can help those with ADHD.

Today, mobile apps are a part of our everyday lives, and the app options are endless. It can be overwhelming when you get online to look for an app to help you with daily tasks. For those with ADHD, apps can help provide organization, set routines, increase focus, track when to take medication or what you need to tell our provider, and give access to information and other resources. However, you must remember that apps do not replace working with your healthcare or mental healthcare provider.
