May We Introduce You To: Linda Walker, PCC of Overcome Your ADHD

by Lee Gehrls R&D Coordinator (Volunteer)

If you have been following our monthly newsletter for a while you no doubt have noticed that I regularly introduce you to new certified ADHD coaches.

Why? The pool of ADHD-certified coaches continues to grow, and it is important for you to know that each one is different and offers unique services and training. And even if you do not plan to hire a coach, you can learn about the diverse types of support services by visiting their websites, reading their free information, and reviewing the services and programs they offer.

This month I would like to introduce you to Linda Walker, PCC, and her website, Overcome Your ADHD and Unleash Your Creative Genius – https://coachlindawalker.com/.

Linda Walker

Linda Walker is a coach, author, well-known speaker, and creator of the Maximum Productivity Makeover for Creative Geniuses, which is a training program for adults with ADHD.

Linda’s website makes for interesting reading because it does not take long for you to pick up that she believes those with ADHD have unique talents and gifts and with the right support they can be successful. She knows and understands the difficulties of living with ADHD as her daughter and husband both have it. She shares how it affected their lives, the struggles they had to overcome, and their successes.

I encourage you to read her About section, as it explains the interesting journey she and her family traveled to get to where they are today.  She and her husband Duane, who is the President of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), are strong leaders in the ADHD community.

Linda works with individuals who have ADHD, small groups, employers, employee assistance programs, and insurance companies. She is particularly proud of the entrepreneurs and artists she has helped. As always with all the coaching services I write about, her website is a mix of free information and fee for services. A tour of Linda’s website will give you the following information and resources:

Linda Walker offers a positive, energetic, and informed approach to mastering the challenges presented to those who have ADHD and the non-ADHDers in their lives. Her website involves a bit of study time however it is well worth the read.
