ADDitude Live Webinar: Two-Part Series. Part One: How Your Circadian Rhythm Shapes Energy, Focus, Productivity and Cognitive Functioning

This webinar will be streamed at 1:00 pm EDT (that’s 12:00 pm our time) and lasts for one hour. The speaker for this webinar will be Jamie M. Zeitzer, PhD, who is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the Co-Chair of the Center for Sleep and Circadian Sciences at Stanford University. Dr. Zeitzer has authored more than 150 peer-reviewed publications. Getting a good night’s sleep is a challenge for many who have ADHD. Dr. Zeitzer will explain the latest research on circadian rhythm and how it is different in those with ADHD, examples of sleep problems, the effects of disrupted circadian rhythms in adults when at work or at school, and the solutions to these sleep problems.
