May We Introduce You To: Linda Roggli, PCC, founder of ADDiva Network
by Lee Gehrls R&D Coordinator (Volunteer)
Linda Roggli is a woman of many interests, talents, and the founder of the ADDiva Network. She was diagnosed with ADHD at age 45 and then turned her life experiences and training into specializing in working with ADHD women who are mostly in midlife and older. You can read the interesting details of her life on her website.
Linda was also one of a group of women who advocated having the medical and mental health fields acknowledge and address the differences of ADHD in women, the impact it has on their lives, and the need for clinicians to be trained on this special population of ADHD.
I first heard Linda speak at the 2018 Women’s Palooza. She was a co-founder of this highly successful week-long conference, which is now an annual event in late February or early March. The entire week (Monday through Saturday) focuses on ADHD in women and covers all the challenges they face daily.
Linda went on to be a co-founder of the ADHD Parents’ Palooza (usually held the last week in July) and then in 2021 launched the ADHD Couples Palooza. All three of these events feature highly recognized experts in the field of ADHD.

As with all of the professionals we feature, she has a mix of free resources and fee-for-service resources. Here is a brief overview of the information you will find on her website:
- Free Blog
- Under Resources: websites she likes and information on sleep
- The ADHD 40+ Survey – located at the bottom of her Home Page – is an unscientific survey where she gathers more information about how ADHD affects women. To date, 2,000+ women have completed it.
- Fee-for-service resources that cover a number of different options you can purchase – private coaching, retreats, connection calls, and more.
This is an enjoyable website to review. Linda Roggli is open and honest about how ADHD has affected her life, how she manages it, and what she has learned. She shares her information with passion, humor, and deep care for helping women learn to thrive and achieve their goals and dreams.
