In Living Well with Adult ADHD participants will gain information on how ADHD impacts the person’s life as well as the impact is has on the people in their life. Karen will cover daily challenges adults with ADHD have with executive functioning and will give the ADHD adult practical ways you can use daily to empower yourself and teach the non-ADHD family member how they can support the ADHD individual.
