The speaker for this webinar will be Ellen Engstrom who has been a teacher in public and independent schools as well as in college. Ms. Engstrom served as a Lead Education Specialist in the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training before becoming the Director of Education and Director of Curriculum at Groves Academy. The participants in this workshop will learn how children become readers and what can keep them from mastering basic reading skills. The workshop will show you “how the Science of Reading informs literacy instruction”.
