LDA Minnesota (Learning Disabilities Association of Minnesota) provides services for adults and children who have “learning differences” and ADHD along with providing support for the families and community education.  At this time the offices are open and their programs and services are available online and in-person, however, the offices are open only by appointment. You may call or email them for more information or to register for their programs.

LDA Minnesota offers adults who have ADHD two support group options.  There is a group that meets every Thursday morning from 10:00 am to noon in person and online via Zoom.  The evening group meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm online via Zoom.  Please note: The groups are free and are facilitated by trained volunteers.  If you are new and have questions or would like to join a support group meeting please call 952-582-6000 or email info@ldaminnesota.org to receive an invitation to the online meeting.  There is no registration required to attend the meetings.
